Gaming PC Budget Guide for Pakistan
Prices move frequently, so build your plan around a performance target and percentages rather than a fixed shopping list.
1. Define the target
Choose the games, resolution, refresh rate, and whether you also stream, edit video, or do professional work. Competitive 1080p and high-detail 1440p builds need different priorities.
2. Prioritize the graphics card and processor
For most gaming builds, the graphics card receives the largest share. Select a processor that can sustain your frame-rate target without taking budget away from the GPU unnecessarily.
3. Protect the supporting parts
Do not compromise on a reputable power supply, adequate cooling, dual-channel memory, and an SSD large enough for your regular games. A balanced build is more dependable and easier to upgrade.
4. Account for the complete setup
Decide whether the budget includes a monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, operating system, Wi-Fi, delivery, and assembly. These can materially change the amount available for the tower.
5. Check the upgrade path
Extra memory slots, a suitable PSU, spare storage connections, and a platform with supported processor options can make later upgrades cheaper.
